Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours and drained
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a blender, combine soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary
