Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh dill, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Slice the cucumbers and red onion and put them in a large bowl
