Slow Cooker Keto Meatloaf

This Slow Cooker Keto Meatloaf is great for people on a low-carb ketogenic diet because its tasty and easy to make. Its sure to become a family favorite because its so tasty and cheesy. Its also a guilt-free treat because each serving has less than 4 carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put ground beef, almond flour, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed

Form the mix into a loaf and put it in the slow cooker

Put the lid on top and set the heat to low

Cook for four to five hours, or until the meatloaf is done

Possible: Add more shredded cheese to the top of the meatloaf during the last 30 minutes of cooking to make it even cheesier

Carefully take the meatloaf out of the slow cooker when its done cooking

Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it

Enjoy while hot
