Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C

In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper

Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated

Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are golden brown and cooked through, shaking the basket halfway through cooking

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving
