Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined
Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter
In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard
Place meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, coating evenly
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until meatballs are cooked through
